FELVARIS provides access to digital quest-based experiences, premium memberships, interactive content modules, and related community features through felvaris.quest. Features may evolve over time and may vary depending on subscription level or promotional access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at our discretion, with or without notice, to maintain performance, security, or strategic direction.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.
  • You must not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes or transaction fees.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Digital access fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Subscription cancellations prevent future billing but do not retroactively refund prior payments.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or community.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FELVARIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts within the applicable jurisdiction of operation.
